The Hottest New Artist (HNA) is a three phase song competition where emerging artist submit original songs for a chance at PDS Entertainments¡¯ Top 20 and #1 HNA. In phase one entries are screened, 40 semi-finalist announced. Phase two these semifinalist performed at Meeting of the Artist to determine Top 20 followed by phase three for #1 HNA. Complete CD Manufacturing, Release Packages to include:
